Paleo breakfast cereal:  1/4 of almonds, 1/4 cup of pecans (it was supposed to be walnuts but I grabbed the wrong bag in my morning fog), blueberries, 1/2 banana (the other half went to the parrot), cinnamon, a drizzle of local raw honey, & unsweetened coconut milk.
